Charles B. Brown founded CorpLaw Associates LLC in 1998 to provide legal solutions to companies in an improved and innovative way.

to represent our clients. We believe the Law Department Method is the best way to provide overall legal services to companies. Using our substantial Law Department experience, we have created the CorpLaw way to provide legal services to small and mid-size companies.
