Large Retailers’ Promotion Program

Drafted and reviewed sales promotion programs. Structured the “3-P Program”, which was the first in Wilson history to require verifiable, quantified retailer merchandising activities as a condition to retailer reimbursement. This Program improved the product ROI by making more effective use of merchandising investment.
