Theft Conspiracy Thwarted

Developed sting operation and halted theft of critical golf ball mold-making technology. Led team, including security experts, which executed strategy. We confronted conspirators in Tennessee (competitor and employees of client), discharged the employees, and presented a RICO suit to competitor (in Florida) all on the same day. Resulted in immediate cessation of activity, recovery of stolen materials and compliance monitoring.
