Race Discrimination Suit
Defused racially tinged personnel problem and suit at Tennessee factory with aggressive intervention and pre-trial settlement management. Tactical settlement, at minimal cost, eliminated the risk of a significant adverse outcome. Addressed systematic discrimination allegations thereafter.
Defense of EEOC Action
Structured response and strategy to EEOC and Chicago Depart-ment of Human Rights enforcement actions (race discrimination and Equal Pay Act cases). Responded to agencies’ information requests and interacted with agencies.
